South Carolina is on a historic streak in college baseball. The Gamecocks won their 16th consecutive NCAA Tournament game and their second consecutive College World Series on Tuesday in a 5-2 victory over Florida. The 16-game streak breaks a record set by Texas in 1983 and 1984. South Carolina broke another record with their 11th consecutive CWS game victory. The Gamecocks were the first team to go undefeated in the tournament since Miami in 2001.
